Alishaan Collection is a proprietorship boutique owned and operated by Avantika (GSTIN: 09PBAPS0104P1Z6), Agra, Uttar Pradesh. These policies apply to purchases made through our website, WhatsApp and Instagram.
Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping across India on all orders above ₹999.
- For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping charge applies and is confirmed on WhatsApp before you place the order.
- Ready items are shipped within 3 days of order confirmation.
- Custom-stitched orders are shipped within 3 days of stitching completion (stitching typically takes 5–7 days).
- Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the courier and your location, typically 3–7 days.
- Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchange
- Free return and exchange within 7 days after delivery — applicable on ready-made items.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original condition preserved.
- Custom-stitched orders (made to your measurements) are not eligible for return or exchange. Alteration support is available on request — message us on WhatsApp.
- To start a return or exchange, message us on WhatsApp at +91 92861 66487 with your order number.
- Refunds, where applicable, are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days of receiving the item back.
Payments & Pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
- All orders are paid securely online at checkout via Razorpay — UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking and wallets. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
- For custom-stitched orders, payment is collected via a secure Razorpay payment link shared by our team on WhatsApp before stitching begins.
- A GST invoice is provided with every order on request.
Terms & Conditions
- Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp and assigned an order number; the confirmation message forms the order record.
- For custom stitching, measurements provided by the customer are used as given; we offer guidance and free post-delivery alteration to ensure fit.
- Product colours may vary slightly from photographs due to screen settings and lighting.
- All designs, photographs and content on this website belong to Alishaan Collection and may not be reproduced without permission.
- These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh shall have jurisdiction.
Privacy Policy
- We collect only the information needed to fulfil your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, body measurements (for custom stitching) and payment references.
- This information is used solely for processing orders, stitching, delivery and customer support. We never sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
- Our website does not use cookies or tracking technologies.
- Order details are retained for our business and tax records. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@alishaancollection.com.
- This policy is published in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
